My third Stitch Fix (August Review)

Oh Happy Day! I received my third Stitch Fix in the mail this weekend! Another Fix, another batch of clothes/accessories that I love and want to keep!

1. Tatiana Graphic Print Button Front Blouse

I LOVE this blouse! I love the color, I love the pattern, I love the fit. It is perfect! Loose and flowy without being frumpy. It's perfect with a little tank/cami underneath and it looks great with jeans. This is definitely a keeper!!

EDIT 8/2015: This blouse has been in my closet/wardrobe rotation for a year now. EVERY time I wear it, I get compliments! This has been my most favorite item that I've received from Stich Fix. (Closely followed by the Henry Birds on Branch Infinity Scarf)

2. Tina Striped Open Cardigan

I'm on the fence about this one. I like the stripes, I like the color, I like the lightweight knit fabric... The style of sweater is a little out of my comfort zone. G said it was weird (well, he's a guy and has no fashion sense!) I took a pic and showed my mom and she really liked it on me. I may keep it just because it's a little different and pretty versatile.

3. Jillian Crochet Detail Tank

Another winner from my stylist! I love this tank top. It's a great color and I love the crochet detail on the back. Most of all-- I love the fit! Another flowy top to hide my fluff!!!!

4. Gabbiey Sleeveless Maxi Dress

Oh... this dress... well, it made me cry. A lot. And swear off food (yeah, that lasted until dinner time...)  I put it on and like what I saw from about the boobs upward, it was what was below the boobs that made me cry. Even with shape wear like my stylist suggested, this dress looked terrible on me. Well, I'm sure G would have loved it on me, but I hated it and felt terrible in it.  I don't think I'm ready for a maxi dress this year. :(  If you are a skinny gal, this dress would look amazing on you. Girls like me with extra fluffy middles... not so much. I'm sending this back for sure.

5. Lynx Layered Beaded Necklace

This necklace is pretty and I love the colors, but I'm not in love with the necklace. My stylist really did pay attention to my profile-- I mentioned that I'm allergic to gold so she made sure there wasn't any gold in this necklace. How sweet! I am, however, going to send this necklace back. I'm going to hold out for one that I LOVE.

I love the fact that I'm beginning to have "grown up clothes" in my closet finally (sorry Old Navy...) and that the few items I've kept from Stitch Fix have become my new favorites and my new "go-to" pieces when I want to look nice(r).

I'm looking forward to my next fix!
