Merry Christmas 2022 Edition

These photos were from our Christmas cards this year! We I had so much fun setting up and pretending to leave milk and cookies for Santa and Isaac had so much fun eating the cookies!

It was awesome seeing Isaac’s reaction to all the presents under the tree last year, but this year has been even better— we really got into the holiday spirit. We made a ton of Christmas cookies (I think I have finally perfected my sugar and gingerbread cookie recipes), we had a quick visit with Santa at our school (shhh! he asked Santa for more Duplos) and we were gifted an Elf on the Shelf and enjoyed his crazy escapades every day.

Watching his face as he was opening presents though- that was the best ever! His sheer joy and excitement when saw the other toy he wanted (Spider-man truck/headquarter thingy) My heart just about burst!
